General Purchasing Information
We presently do not have the ability to package and mail orders to individuals and groups, so here are ways to select and purchase literature and other items:
- Come into the office located at 3640 S. Cedar St, Suite S., Tacoma, WA 98409 and select the items you want. You may pay with cash or check. The volunteers do not have change. When the Office Administrator is in (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat) you may use your credit / debit card.
- Download the Sales Receipt
- Select the items you wish to purchase and email it to: csoadmin@pugetsoundaa.org
- Leave instructions on your email letting us know the day and time when you plan to pickup your order and it will be ready for you.
- You can pay when you pick up your order or leave instructions for the CSO Admin to call you and obtain information to pay via credit/debit card over the phone.
Pre-Orders are available for items not kept in stock but listed at AAWS.Org or Grapevine Stores (or in their catalogs). For Pre-Orders we ask that you pay for the item when you make the order.
Items published by Hazelden or Harper Collins may also be preordered. Let us know the item and we will look up the price we will charge (we pass on to customer part of discount if we receive one), including shipping and sales tax.
